Your SaaS product, built to last.

We design and develop custom SaaS applications: from technical architecture to user experience, from recurring payments to production deployment. We work with the mindset of people who have designed embedded hardware, where a design mistake has a concrete cost and it pays to do things right the first time.

A SaaS is not a website with a few extra features.

A SaaS application is a system that must serve every user reliably, from the very first one, keep each customer's data correctly isolated, handle subscriptions and billing without errors, and offer an interface people choose to open every day. The difference between a product that withstands growth and one that cracks as users grow is decided in the foundations, months before the problem becomes visible.

Every project starts from a concrete question: will the architecture we define today still hold in three years, when customers are twice as many and features three times as many? If the answer is not a well-argued yes, we start again from the design.

The foundations you don't see are the ones that decide everything.

It grows without rebuilding it

An architecture designed to scale absorbs the growth of users and features without rewrites. The cost of designing well today is a fraction of the cost of redoing it tomorrow.

Each customer's data stays separate

Multi-tenant logic, built correctly from the start, guarantees that each customer only sees their own data. It is the basis of trust, and not something you add later.

Revenue works from day one

Plans, subscriptions, recurring billing, upgrades and cancellations: the payment infrastructure is operational at launch, not a building site left open while customers are already paying.

People choose to use it

In a SaaS the interface is not aesthetics, it is retention. A product that is a pleasure to open every day retains customers far more than one full of features but tiresome to use.

It stays online, always

Automated releases, separate environments, monitoring and alerts. Service continuity is part of the work, because a SaaS that goes down loses customers every minute it is offline.

AI is inside, not on top

When needed, artificial intelligence capabilities are integrated at the design stage, where they add real value, not glued on afterwards as a marketing feature.

From idea to product in production.

Product discovery and MVP

Definition of scope, technology stack, business model and development plan. We start from the minimum needed to validate the idea on the market, without wasting resources on features no one has asked for yet.

Architecture and backend

Robust APIs, scalable databases, solid authentication, multi-tenant logic. The foundations on which everything else is built.

Product UI/UX

Clear flows, consistent with how users actually behave. We design the interface people choose to open, not the one they have to put up with.

Subscriptions and payments

Multiple pricing plans, free trials, recurring billing, upgrade and cancellation management. The revenue infrastructure, ready at launch.

Deployment and continuity

Automated releases, separate environments, monitoring and alerts. After launch we stay on as a technical partner, we don't disappear.

AI integrated into the product

Content generation, personalized recommendations, predictive analysis, data extraction from documents. AI capabilities embedded where they are genuinely useful.

Four stages, no surprises.

01

Discovery

We analyse the idea, the market, the technical constraints. Output: a shared document with scope, stack, timing and costs. Before writing code, we both know where we are going.

02

Architecture and prototype

We design the foundations and a navigable prototype. Validating the product before developing it costs a fraction of fixing it afterwards.

03

Iterative development

One- or two-week sprints. At the end of each: a working version to try, progress to approve, the priorities for the next sprint.

04

Launch and growth

Deployment cared for in every aspect: performance, security, scalability. After launch we stay to evolve the product together with the business.

The right technologies for the right problem.

We don't have a single tool to apply to every project. We choose the stack based on what the product has to do, how much it has to scale, and the budget and time constraints. We favour mature, well-supported technologies, because a SaaS lives for years and the choices made today must be maintained tomorrow. When a newer technology offers a real advantage and not just a trend, we adopt it. When it doesn't, we stay with what is solid.

This freedom of choice comes from experience: those who have designed hardware, where changing a component costs weeks, learn to judge technologies by what they hold up over time, not by how much noise they make.

A recent case: giardiniamo.ai.

A two-sided marketplace for gardening services, from booking to recurring payment. The gardener enters their company details and, in a few minutes and with no technical skills, gets a complete website generated by AI: copy, logo, domain, email accounts and images. Alongside the site, a page where customers subscribe to services and pay for them automatically, plus a set of tools for everyday work, from a quote generator with garden rendering to a route optimiser.

Have a product idea? Let's see if it has legs.

A free discovery session is often enough to understand whether the idea is solid, what it takes to build it and where it's best to start. No commitment, no useless jargon: a technical conversation between someone with a problem and someone who knows how to tackle it.
