Privacy policy
This policy covers the dialogicom-ai.com website and the Minerva application, on the web and on mobile. It is written to be read: if anything is unclear, write to us and we will answer.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Dialogicom s.r.l.s., Via Francesco Olgiati 26, 20143 Milan, Italy, VAT IT08940250965. For anything concerning your data write to info@dialogicom.com.
What we collect, and why

Payment card details never pass through us and we do not store them: payment happens on our provider's pages, and they process those details as an independent controller.
Who else sees them
To run the service we rely on providers who process data on our behalf, as processors, and only as far as needed: language processing of the answers, service emails, payments, push notifications, hosting infrastructure. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising. Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area: in that case the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Your conversations do not train models. What you write is used to produce the answer and to show you your history, not to train artificial intelligence systems, ours or anyone else's.
How long we keep them
- Account, conversations and materials: as long as the account exists. On deletion they are removed within 30 days.
- Tax documents: 10 years, as the law requires, even after the account is deleted.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
Deleting your account and data
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time, writing from the email address of your account to info@dialogicom.com with the subject “Account deletion”. It takes us at most 30 days. The account, the conversations, the uploaded materials and the usage log are deleted; only tax documents already issued remain, which the law obliges us to keep. If you would rather delete only part of it — single conversations or materials — you can do that yourself in the app, without writing to us.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a machine-readable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@dialogicom.com: we answer within one month. If you believe your data is not being handled properly you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Age
The service is meant for secondary school and university students. If you are under 14 you may use it only with the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility, who can ask us to delete the account at any time.
Cookies
We only use technical cookies, needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences: they require no consent and are not used to profile you. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Details are on the dedicated page.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the updated version here, with its new date. If a change materially affects how your data is used we will tell you by email or inside the application.
