How credits work
Every plan includes a number of credits per month. A question consumes credits based on how long the answer is: a short explanation costs very little, a full test with marking costs more. Re-reading chats you already had costs nothing.
Credits refill every month, at the start of the period. If they run out earlier, you can wait for the refill or move to a larger plan.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account area. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, with no penalty.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits included in a subscription refill every month and do not stack up. Credit packs bought separately stay until you use them.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. You sign up free and get credits to start: you pay only if you decide to continue.
