    2. Remember that the request message must always be written, even if you upload a photo.

    3. Send a photo if:
      • You want Patrick to help you identify the plant.
      • You want Patrick to check the plant's health.
      • You want Patrick to identify a plant disease.
    4. If your question is more general, such as: "How often should I water roses in Kensington in December?", you can simply write the message.
